Class time
Friday 6pm-7.30pm

The meditation session is in two parts:Guided meditation for 45mins,
then a short talk/CD/DVD, then a shorter meditation of around 15mins.
If you need to leave early to go to work after the first session that's fine.

If this time is not convenient then you can book a meditation private with Cameron
