Nature's seven healers

There are seven major factors to managing the health of the body & these have been known & practiced for thousands of years. If you move away from these the body labors & disease may set in. (of all the many doctors I used to go to, not one of them mentioned these ever?!) Average age of death of US doctor is 56yrs. The people who live the longest live furthest from medical help.

The seven factors are:

1    Pure fresh air

2    Pure fresh food

3    Pure fresh water

4    Moderate exercise

5    Moderate sunshine

6    Adequate sleep & rest or meditation

7    Clear mind/open heart

1    Pure fresh air-The Elixir of Life

2    Pure fresh water

75%-85% of your whole body consists of the 'magic' elements hydrogen & oxygen found in water. "All the vital processes of the body take place in a watery solution. All the vital processes of the body take place in a watery solution. Digestion, circulation, assimilation, & elimination could not take place without the presence of water. All the tissues - all the vital fluids & all secretions of the body contain a large percentage of water. It therefore becomes self-evident that any program of living conducive to health, must take into account the body's constant need for water.

3    Pure fresh food

Dr. Alex Carrel, Nobel prize winner in 1912, proved that the length of life depends largely on eliminating waste & adding optimal nutrition. The longest lived people in the world, (beyond 100 years), eat a very broad omnivorous diet with little meat & much organic fresh fruit, vegetables, grains & nuts. 

4    Moderate exercise

Some of the best longevity exercises are walking, swimming, yoga, martial arts, pranayama & making love. Use it or lose it.

5    Moderate sunshine (approx. 20mins summer, 40 mins winter per day)

7    Clear mind/open heart

This is the most important factor of all the seven. Here is a rough summary only. You will need to clear of all the negative actions, emotions & thoughts to realise your peak health. Of all emotions anger, hatred & resentment are the most damaging to the body systems. Each person is reflecting your body/mind nature back to you. Blame & judgment come back on you. Emotions are what you experience when you lie about the underlying 'hidden' reality. Disease is nature's way to soften your attitude. Love is always the highest priority, movement from this loving condition seems to create disease.
