Free the Spirit

What makes you feel like a free spirit?

Nature? Music? Health?

Leaving behind your cares?

These are the ingredients that make up

this year's Yogic Living Retreat

8 - 10 August 2008

The Weekend
Held in Springbrook, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the trees and the sense of spaciousness, practice yoga & meditation, contemplate, explore yoga philosophy, sing
or listen to joyful music, eat delicious healthy vegetarian food , or simply take time out of the daily routine to revive & restore.

This year we also offer a chance to experience a Sacred Mandala drawing session. Mandala’s are used in yoga as a tool of concentration, internalisation, and meditation.
Shauna and Robert Kendall will guide you through this practise to a place of peace, creativity and healing. Feel refreshed, relaxed, replenished and light of heart & spirit and join us for another wonderful weekend in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland.
