What is Self Practice?
Self-practice classes are for anyone who wants to learn to progress at their own pace with the support of a teacher. You will be provided with a sequence sheet so there is no need to remember anything. It can be a supportive nurturing practice, deepening your own practice or advancing through other series. It is a great opportunity to progress in your own practice with the support of the community of practitioners as well as having a teacher on hand for guidance, adjustments and support. Suitable for all levels above Beginners.
Dvds are a great way to support self practice at home. We stock Richard Freeman – a classic Ashtanga practice and great teacher; and Kam's dvd that he recorded for Breath is Life. It has great info about the poses as well as an excellent practice sequence. more info about DVDs
