Timetable

We offer a variety of classes, from beginners to advanced, to suit many individual needs. Please check the Levels page to see which class is best for you. Also, please read our helpful Guidelines here before attending your first class.

At Gold Coast Yoga Centre we invite you to practice regularly in class in the presence of your teachers and your yoga community. Practicing in this way strengthens your practice and helps you advance and go deeper. 

We recommend 3-4 classes per week for ongoing benefit, however beginners can start with 1-2 classes per week, and some of our advanced practitioners practice with us on a daily basis. 

 

2017 TIMETABLE

Dear students - thank you for all the feedback so many of you have given about our 2016 timetable and price changes. We hope this is reflected in the changes for 2017 - please continue to let us know what you think - we can't always change, or it may take time - but we do listen and do our best <3

Please Note:

Monday 6pm is now a Beginners class

Tuesday times have changed back to 10.30am and 5.30pm (both with Cam) by popular request

Thursday morning is now the same classes as Monday 6am/6.30 - Meditation at 6am followed by an asana class at 6.30.

Saturday morning has relaxed back to 10.30 am

There is a minimum age of 14 years for all classes.
